The spacious Tuckaway House offers the convenience of walking to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort while being located in a private, gorgeous setting in the woods. This welcoming 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home features a bright, modern kitchen and spacious living areas with a living room on the main level and a family room with a sofa bed and pool table on the lower level.  There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room for cozy winter days and cool summer evenings. Or, unwind or do some barbecuing on the back deck when the weather is nice and enjoy your mountain getaway. Multiple sleeping arrangements make this home perfect for a family or large group. The main level offers a master bedroom with a king bed and smart TV along with two rooms each with two twin beds.  On the lower floor you'll find an expansive mother-in-law suite featuring an additional kitchen, queen bed and queen pullout couch. Also, on this level is a bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds. 

Tuckaway House is one of the few homes in Teton Village located within steps of the slopes of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Teton Village shops and restaurants are within a short walk away. Guests are consistently amazed at how abundant the wildlife is in this neighborhood, and so close! Keep your camera ready for moose, elk, deer, or foxes strolling through the property! Skiers can walk down the road a short distance then put on skis at an access point that leads to the base of the tram or over to the gondola. Tuckaway House is the perfect choice for families looking for the prime location for a mountain getaway in Jackson! With approximately 3700 square feet, there is plenty of room for your group or family to spread out for relaxation after a full day of outdoor activities.

Teton Village is a spectacular location at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ski area.  This unique location features unrivaled access to all of the best that Jackson Hole has to offer.  Guests staying in Teton Village will enjoy access to world class skiing during the winter and are perfectly positioned for an exciting, fun-filled, activity packed vacation in the summer!  A variety of restaurants with delicious menus will satiate your well-earned hunger after a day spent outdoors in the fresh mountain air. Minutes away lies the Moose Wilson entrance to Grand Teton National Park. This route often rewards with up-close sightings of bears with cubs, moose, elk, deer, foxes, beavers, osprey, red-tailed hawks, and more!  

In summer, you’re within walking distance to a wide variety of activities in Teton Village.  Your family and friends will keep busy in the Grand Adventure Park learning the ropes course, bouncing around on the bungee trampoline, and taking a shot at the climbing wall. You can also enjoy hiking the on-site trails spilling over with beautiful wildflowers, testing your mountain biking skills on lift accessed trails of all ability levels, taking a guided tour of the Via Ferrata climbing routes, and trying out the disc golf. Riding the “Big Red” tram to the top of Rendezvous Mountain for 360-degree views of the Tetons and splendor of the valley spread out below you is a must. Pop into Corbet’s Cabin at the top of the tram for their famous homemade waffles.  Take a selfie on the tram dock!

For a change of pace, take a short 15 minute scenic drive past open ranchland with grazing cows and horses into the historic town of Jackson.  Snap some photos beneath the famous elk antler arches on the Town Square, stroll along the old-time wooden boardwalks surrounding the Square, and stop into one of the many art galleries featuring Western art and sculptures from world renowned local artists. Explore the shops filled with unique handicrafts, clothing and gifts, many of them made by wonderfully talented local artisans.  Take home a treasured reminder of your vacation from one of the fine jewelry shops featuring Teton inspired jewelry, embedded with diamonds, gemstones and even elk ivory.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays.  Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation.  Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.  Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.

Our family loved Tuckaway House! The kids enjoyed sleepovers with their cousins in the bunk beds and we all enjoyed seeing the animals going by the house...moose, bears and deer. It is also a good location to visit the parks and the kids really liked the bungee jumping and ropes in the Village as well as riding the tram to the top of the mountain. It was a perfect place for our group of ten.

The house was perfect for our needs. We had a 10 day stay. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities including coffee, paper goods and trash bags. The service from Rendezvous Mountain Rentals was superb!

We loved our stay at the Tuckaway House in Teton Village. Check in was very easy, kitchen was well stocked, easy walk to the village for activities. We would definitely stay here again!

We were absolutely thrilled with this house! The photos on line do not do it justice. It was spectacular and everything that was needed for a comfortable stay was included. The only thing we could not find were the ping pong paddles to play a game of ping pong. The location was great and the added bonus of seeing so many wild animals around the property was awesome. We saw elk, moose and a fox right in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property and the rental company! We will definitely be back.

The Tuckaway house was a perfect fit for our large extended family. Lots of beds, good light, good vibes and an overall good feel. We really enjoyed the Jacuzzi and over-sized fire place. The block has some amazing homes on it. The highlight of the trip was snowboarding home thru the trees right to the Tuckwaway house.I would definitely recommend and we hope to be back soon.
