This charming home sits on a large, beautifully landscaped lot in the heart of the highly desirable Aspens Neighborhood. Set back from the road and surrounded by old growth aspen trees, this property provides guests with a rare combination of convenient location and serene privacy. Located within walking distance of a bus stop, guests can easily access the short 4-mile bus ride to the Jackson Hole Mountain (ski) Resort or load up the gear for a trip to one of the National Parks. Upon entering the house you will be greeted by many charming and artful touches and a new beautifully remodeled, fully equipped, and tastefully updated kitchen. The kitchen is flanked by two separate living spaces that provide plenty of privacy for couples or individuals looking to relax and unwind or for multiple families staying together. No matter who you have in your party or what your vacation plans are this well appointed 4-bedroom, 2,896 sq/ft  home will surely provide a comfortable and convenient location to pursue all of your Jackson Hole adventures!   Maximum occupancy allowed is 6 people per stay.

The front entryway of the property leads into a comfortable living room with plenty of seating, a large stone wood burning fireplace, and flat screen TV. Beyond the living room you enter the spacious dining area and remodeled kitchen which provide guests a perfect space to congregate and share stories from the day around a board game or your favorite culinary delights. Continue past the kitchen into the family room that features a game table in front of a second fireplace, with a large screen HDTV/DVD mounted above it. A door separates the living room and kitchen affording this wing privacy when needed. Two lofted bedrooms are accessible from this living space, each with their own separate staircase. These spaces are only open at the stairs, affording more privacy that a traditional loft. Each feels open and spacious with a half wall by the staircase and large vaulted ceilings. One side features a queen bed while the other has two twins. 

By the front entryway and adjacent to the living room is a large queen bedroom with full ensuite bath. The master bedroom is lofted with a private stairway extending from the living room. The stairway and bedroom spaces are enclosed, providing more privacy than a traditional loft. The bedroom is large and spacious with a king bed, full ensuite bath, and private sitting area. The oversized back deck with wooded views is accessible from the dining and kitchen areas and features a large hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating. During summer months you can't beat the quiet seclusion of the back deck of the Leonard House!

The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays.  Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation.  Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.  Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.

Great place to stay. Easy access to Jackson Hole and the National Parks. Had several visits by Moose in the late afternoon/early evening. Would stay there again.

My family and I loved the cabin. We were minutes from all the action that Jackson has to offer. Saw a ton of wildlife while we were there, even caught a juvenile moose grazing in the yard. We had a wonderful time and will have to schedule a return trip. --(Vrbo guest)

We were at Leonard House for two weeks and returned home about 24 hours ago. Already missing it dearly! It has ample room for a big group but can also be intimate enough for a small group. Plenty of comfortable spots to read, nap, eat, drink, and watch nature - birds, deer, foxes, play outside. The location is perfect because of the ease of getting to Teton Village, the National Park, and towns, both Jackson and Wilson, a true gem with Nora's, the Stage Coach, Rations, etc. And if you are not up for the short drive to any of those places, you can walk up to the market, Persephone's, and other nooks and crannies that form part of the Aspen business (?) district. The good folks at Rendezvous made sure that even minor problems with the hot tub and dishwasher were immediately rectified. We recommend Leonard House very very highly!

The Leonard Home exceeded our expectations for our family's visit to beautiful Jackson Hole! We had our 3 children (ages 25,22 and 20) along with a friend (22) and the home's layout was outstanding. With two separate living areas and 2 sets of bedrooms on each “wing” of the house, it was easy to enjoy privacy as needed.The kitchen is absolutely the most well stocked rental kitchen in all of our years of renting homes! Whether it was a full set of spices or every imaginable utensil and appliances (even a coffee grinder), we were able to prepare great family meals on the outdoor grill and kitchen stove.Location- simply perfect- about 8-10 minutes into main square Jackson and 5 minutes into main town Wilson. Teton Natl Park is approx 25 minutes and Yellowstone Park about 75 minutes.We have traveled all over the world, and the Leonard home played a big role in making this family vacation our very best ever!!Last note- we even had a moose visit us in our back yard!!

We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay at Leonard House. Such a lovely place with everything we needed. We also got to enjoy some fantastic wildlife that strolled past the back of the house. Would highly recommend this place.

Our group loved stayed at the Leonard house. The moment we walked in, we all agreed we picked the perfect house to stay in. We liked how it had two separate living areas and how the entire layout was. And, oh my, if you want a top of the line kitchen, this house is for you. We cooked most of our meals at the house. It had everything you could possibly ask for. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the grocery store and there's also a scrumptious bakery. It's only 4 miles from Teton Village. The house is just perfect any way you look at it as it was so convenient. Also, the people at the rental agency are great to work with and they always answer your questions promptly, should you have any. Our group has rented a lot of houses around the world and we can easily say this is in our top two. We didn't want to leave but whenever we go back, we'll definitely stay here again. 10 stars!!

The Leonard House was absolutely perfect! I've stayed at many rental homes and this one has every amenity and a really well stocked kitchen to be able to cook at home for your group. the hot tub is a must for a ski trip! We have rented one other property from Rendezvous Mountain Rentals and the experience is top notch - from reserving the property, questions about what is in the home to addressing any questions during your stay, it couldn't have been better.

This year we had our Sisters/Friends reunion in Jackson. Finding a home that meets our needs sometimes proves difficult, but the Leonard Home was one of the best. The location was perfect. We had moose and even a black bear in our back yard and spent quite a bit of time enjoying their presence. The deck area was large and a wonderful viewing area.Kitchen was unusually well supplied with everything we needed to prepare a few meals. I would highly recommend the house.Also, I want to thank the Rendezvous Mountain for their assistance in response to an issue that did come up and efforts to have it corrected. This was one of our best trips and I hope to return for another stay.
