Three Bear Tracks is a six-bedroom mountain home located in Teton Village, just minutes from the slopes of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Set on a large wooded lot along Morley Drive, this spacious residence offers a private and peaceful setting while remaining close to the lifts, dining, and year-round activities of the village.

Surrounded by mature trees and natural open space, the home provides an authentic Jackson Hole mountain experience where wildlife sightings are common. Moose, elk, deer, and foxes are frequently seen passing through the area, making the expansive outdoor decks an ideal spot to relax and take in the natural surroundings.

With multiple living areas spread across two levels, the home offers ample space for families and larger groups to gather together or spread out comfortably during their stay.

This property does not feature air conditioning. The cool mountain climate and natural airflow typically maintain comfortable interior temperatures during the summer months. Fans are provided in each bedroom for additional airflow.

Located in Teton Village, guests are just minutes from skiing, dining, and year-round recreation at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The Town of Jackson is approximately a 20-minute drive away, and the entrance to Grand Teton National Park is also within easy reach for day trips and outdoor exploration.

TBT is an excellent property. It is a step below luxury, but it has what is necessary for a major male event: Big deck, big hot tub, large bedrooms, fully outfitted kitchen, fantastic location. The staff was helpful and responsive. We didn't need them much, but when we did, it was important. The response was helpful, courteous and lightning quick.

This house was great for our group. Plenty of space and nice location. The large Uno cards provided great competition and fun off the mountain! We would definitely come back.

Three Bear Tracks is a wonderful, beautiful home, in a great location. We had seven adults and two children stay here for a week, and everyone agreed Three Bear Tracks is the place to stay in Teton Village. Check in was easy and smooth. The house had everything one needs to have a wonderful time in the Tetons! One of the best family trips ever! Everything was perfect!!

This property was a good size for my group & it was a nicely decorated log cabin. All the bedding was VERY clean (no stains) and we definitely felt like the place was clean given the world we live in today. The pool table and jacuzzi were definitely nice to have. The only critique I have is that there was not enough seating for the number of people this house accommodates. The living room couch could seat up to 6 people which made it really hard to all enjoy a movie together. Other than that, the property management services were AMAZING & unlike any services I have experienced. Leading up to my trip & throughout, RMR made sure we were ready to experience Wyoming, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, & were very responsive anytime we needed something. --Caroline H. We had a great time it was a good experience staying at Three Bear Tracks.The family enjoyed all the space and had fun playing pool, returning in the afternoon it was good space for everyone to relax. The hot tub was nice in the evening, we also got the hang of the Wyoming air-condition :)Recycle was a little confusing but no problem.We spent five amazing days.

If you're looking for a place with easy access to the lifts, walkability to Teton Village, and overall nice place to call home for a vacation, this is a great choice. It's not ski out unless you're open to a healthy uphill and wooded walk, but very easy to ski in from the bottom of the Union Pass Quad Chair via a wooded pass. Hot tub was great, layout of the house was nice for up to 8 folks, so nice to have an actual wood burning fireplace, and the pool table is a nice touch along with all the social lounge spaces. Can't have your cake and eat it too, but the only challenge is that on a snowy night it's a good 30-40 minute drive into the town of Jackson...the only blemish which we knew of coming into it. Excellent property for a large family or two families. The home has six large bedrooms: two king suites, two queen bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable with first rate linens and towels. The property is just steps away from Teton Village and Rendezvous mountain. The home includes a pool table and a hot tub. The deck is large and great for outdoor conversations or meals. Star gazing is amazing too. There is an outdoor gas grill. We saw mule deer, a young elk, and a female moose who foraged through the back yard on a daily basis. The house was very clean and in excellent shape. --Adam L. (Vrbo guest)

Beautiful, big home in a perfect location. Teton Village is an easy walk. Everything you need is close by: food, shopping, activities and great views. The home was perfect for our large family and safe for the 2 little ones. It was really nice that the lower level was a nice space for the younger adults. Great bedrooms, pool table and easy access to a large hot tub. The kitchen was large and a great gathering space. 2 car garage if needed and great views. Even blessed with an occasional visit from the local wildlife. Especially would love to stay in this home again. Perfect for our yearly family vacations.

3 Bear Tracks was a great 6 bedroom home for our annual Super Bowl ski trip. Comfortable rooms, and excellent, well appointed kitchen. Once we found the path, it is ski in; and also mostly down hill to the lifts in the village. Only knock; could have used larger TVs for the game!
