The Cody House building includes elevator access, underground parking, and ski/gear storage.

This condo does not feature air conditioning. The cool mountain climate and natural airflow typically maintain comfortable interior temperatures during summer months. Fans are provided in each bedroom for additional airflow.

Located adjacent to the Bridger Gondola, guests enjoy premier access to world-class skiing during the winter season. During the summer months, the property places guests within easy reach of scenic hiking trails, mountain biking, aerial tram rides, and the vibrant village atmosphere surrounding Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This location provides an ideal home base for guests seeking both mountain recreation and convenient resort access throughout every season.

Please Note: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a year-round operational facility. Guests may experience occasional noise from grooming equipment, avalanche control, or other resort infrastructure. The resort ski school and childcare facilities reside on the ground floor of the Cody building.

Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation
Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and homeowner approval
Condo and building premises are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted only off-site and away from common areas.

Cody House D was amazing! It is perfectly represented in the photos and an ideal location for any skier. If you have kids in ski school, it’s an even bigger bonus! A short 2 min walk (on heated sidewalks) to the gondola. We skied right into the kids area and walked the 20 steps to the door. Note: even without kids, we never heard them or had to deal with them even though the ski school was one story below. Everything is very well built and sound proof! Top notch accommodations and service by Rendezvous Mountain Rental personnel. Never slept better while traveling - the bed & linens were the best; the kitchen has nice appliances; comfy furniture; very clean and well appointed. Great location too. Loved the view out the window. And shocking - the gas grill was so clean!!!! First time ever we used one offered because it was such great shape. And we loved the fireplace and wood provided in the garage. Most certainly, we highly recommend this place.

This condo is awesome!! There is plenty of living space, the kitchen is well apportioned, the washer/dryer were awesome, and the heated floors in the master bath were the best thing ever! Excellent location. Comfortable unit.Master bedroom needs significantly better lighting.Would be nice if there were Tupperware in the kitchen for storing excess food.Would be nice of the deck had been properly shoveledFireplace was hard to use without excessive smoke in the unitWe were not notified of packages that had arrived for us unless we called.Cable box in master bedroom did not work.

What a wonderful property! Our family of four wanted a ski in/ski out place in Teton Village. We couldn't have picked a better place! Located steps away from Bridger Gondola, it was the perfect place to start and end our ski day. The condo was immaculate, and the 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms was the perfect size for the four of us. The staff at Rendezvous Mountain Rentals couldn't have been nicer. We would happily stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place!

Very nice condo, well appointed and well decorated. Location and service with RMR were excellent. Fireplace in the living room needs to be updated, but all other amenities were wonderful. My family and I will consider staying there in the future when we return to Jackson Hole.

The condo was really super clean, beautiful, and comfortable. It's located in an excellent location in Teton Village. I would have given 5 stars for property but the wifi was not great for any of our electronics. I'm sure the property management would have fixed it as they were very responsive, but by the time we got back from hiking, it was too late to call them. I mentioned it to them on the way out and I know they'll address the situation. Everything else was A++!

Perfect location in the heart of Teton Village! We are a family of 5 and Cody House D was everything we hoped for. Cozy living room with a fireplace. The views of the ski area were great as well!

Wow! This location is perfect for a family with kids. We were located at the Kid's ranch, an arm's reach from the gondola. My husband and I loved the convenient location. We actually only made it into Jackson one time! We need to come back and spend more time, definitely going to try to stay in this property.
