Extras: Hot Tub, additional Family Rm and partial Air Conditioning (for the Master Bedroom)

3-Level luxury home in The Timbers at the east end of Granite Ridge. Views of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ski slopes. 

A split level entry leads up to the main living space of this luxurious home with a gourmet kitchen and resort views as the focal points for family gatherings.  A balcony deck off the living room features a BBQ grill for summer entertaining.  Above this level is a dedicated floor enclosing the Master Bedroom with a King bed, custom storage and an attached bath with walk-in shower and tub.  The third floor is equipped with air conditioning.  Downstairs from the living level you'll encounter a family room and the other two bedrooms.  The first of those bedrooms has a King bed with attached full bath.  The second bedroom sleeps 6 with two sets of Captain's Bunks (each with Queen under a Twin) and an attached full bath. Truly, this property provides a perfect mountain experience.  A patio deck on the ground level has a private hot tub.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays.  Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation.  Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.  Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.

In winter, 4 WD vehicles are recommended.

3100 Timbers was a fantastic place to stay for our family holiday. The kitchen is well equipped for all the chefs in our family. The furnishings new & comfortable, the linens & towels high rental quality, and the place was spotless, 5 star cleaning. We needed a couple small items RMR responded quickly. Great time had by all. And the mountain most of all did not disappoint.

Beautiful house, excellent location and lovely neighborhood. Very close to Teton Village just up the hill from the Four Seasons Hotel within walking distance from the village. Surrounded by trees we were visited daily by birds and a mother fox and her triplets. Beautiful open floor plan and plenty of room for the whole family. We loved it!

We all had a great trip recently to JH. Our house was very well equipped, clean and served our family well. The location was perfect and we found the house to be very comfortable for our family of four and one young adult friend. Thank you for a great house experience and we look forward to coming back again.
