3-Level luxury home. Open-plan great room and living space on the central level with picturesque floor-to-ceiling windows.  Gourmet kitchen.  Three bedrooms are downstairs and each features an attached bathroom.  The loft area above the main living level has two twin beds.

You'll enjoy this bright, elevated south-facing end unit with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the valley floor as well as the Tram Line. This 3-Bedroom plus loft, 3.5 bath multilevel Timbers at Granite Ridge property has 3,211 square feet of ultimate luxury accommodation. Vaulted ceilings and exposed timbers frame the large stone gas fireplace in the living room. The decor adds a mellow western vibe and gives the feeling of an updated Wyoming lodge. Three sections of balconies and patio provide ample space for outdoor entertainment and dining.  The main balcony deck off the living room has a gas grill and seating for your summer enjoyment.  The private hot tub patio on the lower level as multiple accesses.  The master bedroom has its own private patio, with an outdoor path to the hot tub patio.  Each main bedroom has its own spacious and immaculate bathroom. Relax into the mountain views and pine scents while you entertain your family and friends at this special property.

The Master bedroom suite is on one side of the lower level and has a King bed, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet with built-in alder cabinetry and a sunny morning patio. Two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a Captain's bunk (X-long twin under a queen), each have their own luxurious bathrooms and are located on other side of the lower level with direct access to the patio and hot tub. The hot tub overlooks the beautiful pine forest and has views of Rendezvous Mountain and the top of the Tram.  There is an additional loft with two twin beds, accessible by a spiral staircase from the main level.

A fully-equipped chef's kitchen showcases the Viking range and Subzero refrigerator. The galley design allows seating for 5 along the black granite countertop bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is an expansive dining area with seating for 8.

On the lower level is a mudroom with ski and gear storage and cubbies near the hot tub patio access door. The garage has parking for two vehicles with additional parking outside for two additional vehicles. In winter, 4 WD vehicles are recommended.

Teton Village is a spectacular location at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ski area and a short 5-minute drive to the south gate of Grand Teton National Park. This unique location features unrivaled access to all of the best that Jackson Hole has to offer. During the winter months Teton Village features the best skiing in North America. This skier’s paradise, which boasts legendary runs like Corbet's Couloir, has long been known for its steep terrain and abundant snowfall and was once widely considered a playground for only the most hard-charging skiers and dedicated adventurers. However, in recent decades it has been transformed. With expanded intermediate and beginner terrain and multiple new high-speed lifts, the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has evolved to meet the needs of skiers of all abilities. In addition to new terrain, “The Village,” as it is affectionately known, has a diverse selection of shops, restaurants and bars guaranteed to meet the needs of all visitors. The appeal of this fantastic location doesn’t end when the snow stops falling. As the angle of the sun increases and the temperatures warm, skis are swapped for mountain bikes and the lifts still provide access to the same incredible terrain. Guests can ride the aerial tram for the Teton views or for access to the expansive Bridger-Teton National Forest, enjoy music during the summer concert series or go for a horseback ride through the wildflowers. This location truly has it all. Public transportation is available for the short trip to historic downtown Jackson.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays.  Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation.  Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.  Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.

I was truly impressed with the quality of this house. Everything room was kept in excellent condition and super clean. Kitchen had a nice layout with high end appliances. Teton Village was only a few minutes walk with a horse riding place close by. We definitely will recommend this house to our friends and hopefully to return in the near future. Thumbs up all the way!

3098 was the perfect stay for our 9 guy ski trip. Great house, stocked with everything needed, and short 5 minute walk to Teton Village. Private hot tub helped us recharge each evening. The rental company was very responsive and friendly.
