Riverfront Cottage, a newly renovated single family home that sits on 3 acres about 11 miles south of the town of Jackson. This magnificent home is surrounded by rolling hills and mountains and it even has the Snake River bordering its backyard!

A mudroom greets you upon entry where you can stash any day-to-day clothes or outdoor gear prior to entering the main area of this stunning home. As you move into the main area, you'll notice how each room flows into the next, making it a wonderful space to converse with others. Off to the right is the kitchen area, which includes a large island, high end appliances, and plenty of storage. The island includes bar seating, which is considered the main dining area at this home, but you can certainly enjoy meals outside on the back deck when the weather allows for it. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room area that includes a flat screen smart TV, spacious sofa, comfortable chairs and a wood burning fireplace to help create a cozy environment during those cooler Wyoming months.

The master bedroom is also located on the main floor and has a king bed and en suite bathroom with spacious shower. The other king bed is located up in the loft area that also has a seating area, which could easily convert to an office setup if guests need a separate space to work. There is also a half bath located in the loft area, where the washing machine and dryer are located.

Outside you'll find a spacious back deck with bar seating, table and chairs, and a few Adirondack chairs to lounge in while enjoying the amazing scenery. Although not visible from the back deck, the Snake River lies just beyond the trees a short distance away. The 3 acres of land surrounding the home make it a place where you can enjoy plenty of solitude, while not being too far removed from the conveniences that Jackson has to offer.
