This property does not feature air conditioning. The cool mountain climate and natural airflow typically maintain comfortable interior temperatures during the summer months. Fans are provided in each bedroom for additional airflow.

The Aspens is a charming residential community located between the Town of Jackson and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Its central location provides convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as Teton Village. At the entrance to the Aspens neighborhood, guests will find a market, wine shop, coffee shop, and several dining options within walking distance. Public transportation is available from the Aspens to both the Town of Jackson and Teton Village (fare required).

We thought the property was lovely, well appointed, clean and quite comfortable. The property listing was thankfully accurate. The house is well located - about 10 minutes to Teton Village/ski area and 15 minutes to Jackson. We came for a ski trip and only spent a small amount of time in Jackson on way to the airport, which we regret (a great reason to come back!) Two things to note: 1) if skiing (no idea about summer), you can park at the Ranch Lot close to the lifts via shuttle for free if you have 4 passengers, and 2) - there is a small grocery market and liquor store 3 minutes from the house that has most of what you need, but at healthy resort prices. Instacart can deliver from Jackson which is cheaper, but driving in to town for necessities (and spending time in Jackson!) is probably worth it.
