This condo does not feature air conditioning. The cool mountain climate and natural airflow typically maintain comfortable interior temperatures during summer months. Fans are provided in each bedroom for additional airflow.

At the entrance of the Aspens neighborhood, guests will find a market, wine shop, coffee shop, and several dining options all within walking distance. Public transportation via START Bus offers service to both the Town of Jackson and Teton Village (fare required)

Everything was perfect at the apartment. The place is very cosy and comfortable. Furniture and decoration is great. Kitchen has everything needed. And small details make the difference: coffee and filters provided for a week, dishwashing soap and tablets etc... We had a wonderful time! and even the visit of 2 moose at breakfast just outside the window!JHMR was very accessible with the shuttle. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

My family and I couldn't have been happier with our stay in June/July 2025. The unit was very clean overall and cozy, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, dishes, and other utensils, and generally great care was taken to provide everything that we may have needed -- dishwasher tablets, washing mashing detergent, a hair dryer, cable tv, tons of drawer and closet space, etc etc. Parking and wifi were available. Location was great -- a very useful grocery store with a deli section was a walkable 0.5 miles away, and Grand Teton National Park was a short drive away. Communication from the management was excellent, from check-in to check-out. The keyless entry was easy. Really, everything was excellent and well organized. The only suggestion I would have is to install some sort of safety railing on the top bunk bed.

We have stayed with RMR and in the aspens many times, and I must say that columbine 1011 was perfect for this visit. We had a bear walk by our back door, we had a red fox up on our back door patio, and a cow moose with twin babies across the street lying in the yard. What more could you ask for? We were visiting Grand Teton National Park the first week of June 2023. We booked through Rendezvous Mountain Rentals and the people were great and the process seamless. The condo was in a great location for visiting the park. The one-bedroom condo had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. We prepared most of our meals in the condo. The bed was extremely comfortable. The community was quiet and our stay very relaxing. One morning we were sitting at the dining table drinking coffee and a female moose appeared in our window to snack on the bush outside! We loved the home touches like the handmade quilts on the wall. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Place was very homey and comfortable. Kitchen was surprisingly well stocked, offering more than enough dishware and silverware. Bed was comfortable and unit was quiet for a ski town. Place was extremely clean and the RMR staff was very helpful and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay. Appreciate the excellent communication regarding checkin, checkout and even the power outage notification. Everything was as advertised. Well stocked, too!One maintenance item we'd like to make you aware of… the circuit to the left of the kitchen sink tripped several times with only the toaster plugged in. The gfci might need replacing?

We really enjoyed our stay at this Condo. It is very clean and has everything you need. We love all the personal touches with the quilted pillows and wall hangings. Very homey. My only suggestion to make it better would be to put a mattress topper on the queen bed. It is too firm. However, we loved the condo and we would return again. Thank you

This condo unit was perfect for us. There are only 2 items for improvement... the doorknob lock is old and very difficult to unlock. The deadbolt works fine but the doorknob needs replacement. The other item is the bedroom mattress is also old and has lumps. If they fix these two items this would be a fine condo for the price.

My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend. While we were sandwiched between the two snowstorms, we still had a blast on the mountain. This was a perfect ground floor unit and very convenient to Teton Village. The Market Store in the front of the Aspens is great for morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The fireplace made the living room cozy and comfortable in the evenings. We highly recommend this unit Columbine 1011 and hope to stay there again this Summer!!Thanks so much, RMR!!!

This was our second or third visit in 1011. We feel it is time to upgrade the bathroom with a new sink and counter top. Cheap drawer and cupboard doors could be replaced as well. If net cost of stay is $265 per night, a little investment for facility improvement seems warranted. Great location draws moose!
