The Cody House is the premiere location in Teton Village offering the very best in comfort, luxury and location. Just yards from the base of Bridger Gondola, walking distance to everything else in the village proper and in the same building as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort's "Kids Ranch," Cody D takes the words 'convenient location' to new heights! Rendezvous Mountain Rentals manages three unique condominiums in the Cody House building. The Cody House has an underground garage with assigned guest parking, unit storage and elevator access to the top floor where the condos are located.  The lower level of the Cody House has a clinic and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort's kid's ranch.  

This single level condo features 1800 sq. ft. of living space including 2 bedrooms, large walk in closets, spacious living room, large kitchen and 2 1/2 baths. The unit is beautifully decorated and offers an open floor plan for the gourmet kitchen, dining and living room areas that features high vaulted ceilings with a stone fireplace and a heated deck with BBQ and a million-dollar view.  The living area boasts plenty of room to lounge around and recover from the days adventures while the expansive, well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar that seats 4 provides the perfect space for preparing your favorite culinary masterpieces. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV/DVD and ensuite bath with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, which can be converted to a king ($45 fee), with private bath. The property also has a single Rollaway Bed for a fifth guest.  A half bath and a laundry room round out the amenities for Cody D and are located off the living room in the hallway. 

Parking: Guest have one designated parking space and access to a ski/gear locker in the private, underground garage area.  In summer, additional free parking is available at any of the Teton Village public parking lots at the base.  In winter, there is no additional parking available except for daytime use only and fees apply.  Please plan accordingly. In winter, 4 WD vehicles are recommended.

Teton Village is a spectacular location at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ski area and a short 5 minute drive to the south gate of Grand Teton National Park.  This unique location features unrivaled access to all of the best that Jackson Hole has to offer. During the winter months Teton Village features the best skiing in North America. This skier’s paradise, which boasts legendary runs like Corbets’ Couloir, has long been known for its’ steep terrain and abundant snowfall and was once widely considered a playground for only the most hard charging skiers and dedicated adventurers. However, in recent decades it has been transformed. With expanded intermediate and beginner terrain and multiple new high speed lifts, the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has evolved to meet the needs of skiers of all abilities. In addition to new terrain “The Village,” as it is affectionately known, plays host to a diverse selection of shops, restaurants and bars guaranteed to meet the needs of all visitors. The appeal of this fantastic location doesn’t end when the snow stops falling. As the angle of the sun increases and the temperatures warm skis are swapped for mountain bikes and the lifts still provide access to the same incredible terrain. Guests can ride the aerial tram for the Teton views or for access to the expansive Bridger-Teton National Forest, enjoy music during the summer concert series or go for a horse-back ride among the wildflowers. This location truly has it all. Public transportation is available for the short trip to historic downtown Jackson.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays.  Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation.  Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.  Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.

Cody House D was amazing! It is perfectly represented in the photos and an ideal location for any skier. If you have kids in ski school, it’s an even bigger bonus! A short 2 min walk (on heated sidewalks) to the gondola. We skied right into the kids area and walked the 20 steps to the door. Note: even without kids, we never heard them or had to deal with them even though the ski school was one story below. Everything is very well built and sound proof! The unit was appointed very well and we enjoyed everything! Including the heated tile floors in the master! A truly great place on an amazing mountain! -- Laura G. Top notch accommodations and service by Rendezvous Mountain Rental personnel. Never slept better while traveling - the bed & linens were the best; the kitchen has nice appliances; comfy furniture; very clean and well appointed. Great location too. Loved the view out the window. And shocking - the gas grill was so clean!!!! First time ever we used one offered because it was such great shape. And we loved the fireplace and wood provided in the garage. Most certainly, we highly recommend this place.

This condo is awesome!! There is plenty of living space, the kitchen is well apportioned, the washer/dryer were awesome, and the heated floors in the master bath were the best thing ever! Excellent location. Comfortable unit.Master bedroom needs significantly better lighting.Would be nice if there were Tupperware in the kitchen for storing excess food.Would be nice of the deck had been properly shoveledFireplace was hard to use without excessive smoke in the unitWe were not notified of packages that had arrived for us unless we called.Cable box in master bedroom did not work.

3 adults and two small children this place gave us all the room we needed. Would highly recommend it-ease of access, cleanliness, parking....all great. rental of sled from baby gear meant we could run the small kids around with ease and walk to all restaurants lunch and dinner. What a wonderful property! Our family of four wanted a ski in/ski out place in Teton Village. We couldn't have picked a better place! Located steps away from Bridger Gondola, it was the perfect place to start and end our ski day. The condo was immaculate, and the 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms was the perfect size for the four of us. The staff at Rendezvous Mountain Rentals couldn't have been nicer. We would happily stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place!

Very nice condo, well appointed and well decorated. Location and service with RMR were excellent. Fireplace in the living room needs to be updated, but all other amenities were wonderful. My family and I will consider staying there in the future when we return to Jackson Hole.

The condo was really super clean, beautiful, and comfortable. It's located in an excellent location in Teton Village. I would have given 5 stars for property but the wifi was not great for any of our electronics. I'm sure the property management would have fixed it as they were very responsive, but by the time we got back from hiking, it was too late to call them. I mentioned it to them on the way out and I know they'll address the situation. Everything else was A++!

Perfect location in the heart of Teton Village! We are a family of 5 and Cody House D was everything we hoped for. Cozy living room with a fireplace. The views of the ski area were great as well!

Wow!  This location is perfect for a family with kids.  We were located at the Kid's ranch, an arm's reach from the gondola.  My husband and I loved the convenient location.  We actually only made it into Jackson one time!  We need to come back and spend more time, definitely going to try to stay in this property.
