This condo does not feature air conditioning. The cool mountain climate and natural airflow typically maintain comfortable interior temperatures during summer months. Fans are provided in each bedroom for additional airflow.

Located adjacent to the Bridger Gondola, guests enjoy premier access to world-class skiing during the winter season. During the summer months, the property places guests within easy reach of scenic hiking trails, mountain biking, aerial tram rides, and the vibrant village atmosphere surrounding Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This location provides an ideal home base for guests seeking both mountain recreation and convenient resort access throughout every season.

Please Note: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a year-round operational facility. Guests may experience occasional noise from grooming equipment, avalanche control, or other resort infrastructure. The resort ski school and childcare facilities reside on the ground floor of the Cody building.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Cody House. The property is spacious and the bay windows overlooking the mountain offer a beautiful view. The location is incomparable! Just steps away from Bridger gondola and all atractions of Teton Village. Parents can watch their kids in ski school from the living room window. We are coming back for sure.

I'd highlight that Rendevous continues to up its game - better and better service, thoughtful welcome gifts (our son used the buff all week), ease of engagement via new text messaging approach. We stayed in Cody House B the week of Sept. 19-26 and was so pleased with our stay and the customer service we received. The accommodations are excellent and a bonus was the garage and store room. We are planning on coming back to the Grand Tetons next year and absolutely will be going through Rendezvous Mountain Rentals for our accommodations.

Cody House B could not have had a more perfect location - a mountainside unit with easy access to the village and the gondola with slopeside views. In addition, the unit was extremely spacious with a very large family room, spacious bedrooms, baths, and storage space; not to mention the perfect private hottub location. Lastly, the Rendezvous staff was extremely helpful and accommodating leading up to our stay to ensure we had the right unit for our family vacation.

Very nice place! Easy access to surrounding area activities. Beautiful views. One thing we noticed was a potential electrical issue and we suggest having electrician certify the property. There is plug in under neath the sink which is a hazard and one outlet in bedroom would shock when used.

This location is great and spectacular view of the mountains. There is no air conditioning in this condo but you can get it cool by the fans they have available. The master didn't get as cool at night for us unless we pointed the fan in the window right at the bed. Then there was a rodent problem. I saw the mouse in the evening the first night in the kitchen and called the very next morning. They went to the wrong condo to set up the traps then finally came to our place that afternoon to set up the traps. We had a dead mouse later that evening that we had to figure out what to do with. We put him out on the patio in a bag for them to retrieve the next day when i called them but they never came and got the mouse or the traps. I know this place is on the mountain and mice could happen but they seemed not very concerned about making it right or minimizing us dealing with the mouse.

Thank you for the feedback. I have reviewed this with our maintenance and front desk team to figure out where the communication broke down. Unfortunately, at times, there are mice that get into our properties. We work hard to ensure that guests have minimum impact and I am deeply sorry that you did not experience our great customer service. I will follow up with you personally to see if we can demonstrate that we are concerned and do not wish for you (or any guest) to have an experience like this in the future.

My family stayed in the Cody House over the holidays and I can't say enough about this property. The condo itself was definitely very nice and spacious but the location was ridiculous. You can't beat the ski access. The gondola literally goes over your head in the property. The accommodation was very nice and the location was amazing. The entire visit was so easy and hassle free that it will be hard to stay anywhere that you don't feel like you are actually on the mountain. Loved it. Highly recommend!

This condo is in the middle of Teton Village, so convenient! It is located right at the Gondola. There is also underground parking. I can't wait to stay again next year.
