Chokeberry 3814 is a ground-floor, one-bedroom condominium located toward the back of The Aspens community in the desirable Berry Patch area. With a functional open layout, fireplace, and patio access bordering open space, this residence is well suited for couples or small families visiting Jackson Hole.

The Berry Patch neighborhood backs to open space where wildlife — including moose — are occasionally seen. There is one unit located above this condo.

This condo does not feature air conditioning. The mountain climate and natural airflow typically maintain comfortable interior temperatures during the summer months. Fans are provided in each bedroom for additional airflow.

The Aspens is a well-established residential community located between the Town of Jackson and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Its central location provides convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as Teton Village. Within the neighborhood, guests will find a market, wine shop, coffee shop, and several dining options all within walking distance. Public transportation via START Bus offers service to both the Town of Jackson and Teton Village (fare required).

I stay somewhere in the Aspens each time I visit and this place did not disappoint. It was comfy, cozy, and clean, and had a fully stocked kitchen with any item one would need (as well as a legit coffee maker and not one of those silly, environmentally wasteful Keurigs) : ) The hosts and management property were extremely responsive and helpful. This unit was nice. It served us well. The RM rental staff was very nice, quick to respond, and very helpful. This particular unit has an owner above with a small child, so very early morning pitter patter woke us up every day. Otherwise, the unit itself was nice and we would rent again. Kitchen was well equipped.

Thank you for your review. That's unfortunate about the noise. While we don't get a lot of noise complaints about neighbors, the only way to avoid noise is to book a larger unit and be on the upper floor. Please give us a call next time and our staff would be happy to go over other units with you. RMR

7 nights in middle sept 2020. Just 2 of us. Excellent location and place. Perfect for a couple that wants elbow room. Nice fully equiped kitchen, good to have. Would have been tight with 4 people since only 1 bathroom, but could do if family. Great for two. Would come back for sure

Unit was very clean and well appointed as have been all the units I've stayed in. But it needs an updating. It looks like nothing has changed since the day it was built. It's so dated, there are actually incandescent light bulbs in the lamps, which I loved!

We decided at the last minute to come up to Jackson from Utah. This property did not disappoint! The cozy setting was perfect for our family, we went into the Grand Teton Park for the day (only about a 15 minute drive to the entrance) and had a blast. We decided that this will be an annual trip, hoping to stay in this unit again, A Great Value!

This was my 5th, maybe 6th time staying with RMR and this was my 4th or 5th different property I've stay in and honestly, you cannot go wrong with any property you choose and there are many to choose from. With the cost of a single night stay in just about any hotel, staying with RMR should be everyone's only option. With a hotel you are confined to a single room, and with RMR you have a home, and you can come and go as you please!!! Adventure is around every corner, or you can sit outside your door, just relax and listen to nature!!!
