Parking is available for two cars.  No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted.  Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo.

This Aspens one bedroom condo offers the perfect getaway for a couple or small family wanting to explore Jackson Hole on a budget. It is an end unit located on the ground floor and has a nice patio for enjoying your morning coffee while reflecting on and reliving the yesterday's adventures or simply enjoying the quiet calm that makes the Aspens neighborhood such a desirable location. There is a queen bedroom, full bath and laundry room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the open living area. You'll find a wood fireplace, large flat screen TV, dining table for 6 and a pullout sofa along with a built in twin bed to accommodate 5 comfortably in the living space as well.

The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays.  Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation.  Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.  Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.

We had a great time in Jackson Hole last weekend and really appreciated the organization and communication that RMR provided during our trip. the unit is tidy and well kept. the carpet is shown some age, but is still very functional. The location is perfect, close to Jackson and the grand tetons.

A nice small unit that needs much better lighting, cooking spices and some additional cooking items (like a large pot for pasta and frying pan lids that fit the pans and a glass measuring cup). RMR service is excellent.

This condo is situated about 5 minutes from Teton Village and if you’re taking the bus there, about a 3 minute walk. There were 5 of us - 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. The condo was a perfect place to relax after a day of skiing. The property management company was very easy to work with and responded immediately to inquiries we had. Thank you!--Michelle H. The condo is well maintained. The decorative touches are all very tasteful and classic. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes and storage containers. The storage containers are a nice touch for any family that cooks many of their meals. The only thing missing was basic condiments like pepper and salt. Baseboard heating was controlled by thermostat which made it easier to set an agreeable level of warmth.

This property is located towards the front of the Aspens complex. It is a short walk to the Start bus stop or about a 15 min drive to the mountain. The location means you do not have to navigate through the complex before you find the exit. The condo itself is well maintained. This was our second stay at Jackson Hole this season. The first time we stayed in condo in the Berry patch part of the Aspens. The previous condo was managed by JHMR. This condo was clean and the furniture was not worn out like the previous one. The baseboard heating in all these condos can make trying to find a comfortable temperature difficult. However, in this condo the baseboard heating was controlled by a thermostat so it was comfortable and easy to set the temperature to an agreeable level of warmth.The kitchen was well maintained and there were several storage containers to store leftovers. The previous condo did not have this amenity. We cook many of our meals so it is important to have a well stocked kitchen. There was only a small issue that no one stocked the kitchen with basic condiments like salt and pepper. The bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. This condo could easily accommodate a small family with a child or a teenager.-- Nancy O. (Vrbo guest)

This was a very nice property. It is a bottom level condo with a secluded feel. The pool is in the backyard area so it was a little loud during the day. The pool was not included in the rental and the fee to use it was higher than we wanted to pay. The amenities in the condo were very nice. We fit comfortably in it.

Thank you for the feedback.  Unfortunately, the pool is privately owned through Teton Sports Club and requires daily/weekly entrance fees.  It is unable to be included in the rental fees by the owners.  I hope that you will stay with us again in the future.

Overall this condo was very clean.  It was perfect for our family of three.  Some of the furniture should be updated, but it didn't bother us. We hope to come back next summer and rent again.
