Champagne & Caviar Tasting

Thursday, March 7, 6:30 - 9:30pm
Location: Solitude Station via Sweetwater Gondola

Spoil yourself with a special dinner highlighting the world’s finest caviar from Solex Catsmo paired with a curated selection of Champagnes from Westside Wine & Spirits.

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Executive Chef Steven DeBruyn will present a series of lavish dishes featuring a special collection of caviars paired with magnificent Champagnes.

Markus Draxler of Solex Catsmo will discuss the various caviars and Master Sommelier Chris Tanghe will share his insight about the flavors brought forth from the Champagnes.

Wyoming Whiskey Tasting

Join us for an exclusive tasting of one of the best American made Whiskey brands, Wyoming Whiskey. Guests will enjoy a special flight of neat pours featuring a vertical of Wyoming Whiskey’s most sought after releases including National Parks NO.1, National Parks NO.2, National Parks NO.3, and The Grand Barrel N0.2707. Come warm up with some light bites and uncover the nuances of this beloved whiskey.

An unforgettable evening awaits you featuring an incredible multi-course menu from award winning and Michelin starred chefs Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski of State Bird Provisions, The Progress, and The Anchovy Bar, San Francisco. The owners of Lioco Wines in Healdsburg, Matt and Sara Licklider, will collaborate with the guest chefs to present the perfect pairing of wines from across their portfolio. Guests will arrive via Bridger Gondola while enjoying stunning views of the valley below. This delicious evening is not to be missed!

Join us for an intimate cooking demo + lunch with award winning and Michelin starred chefs Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski of State Bird Provisions, The Progress, and The Anchovy Bar, San Francisco.

Chefs Stuart and Nicole will demonstrate three of their favorite recipes from across their three restaurants. The owners of Lioco Wines in Healdsburg, Matt and Sara Licklider will provide some excellent wines to complement the lunch.

Taste of Teton Village offers guests an exclusive chance to experience a diverse range of signature dishes prepared by the best of the West Bank’s culinary community.

This walk-around tasting features several top restaurants serving their favorite signature dishes, while multiple beverage booths pour an incredible selection of wine, beer, and spirits.

Local DJ Rocky Vertone will spin some tunes to get guests in the après frame of mind!
