Jackson Hole Food & Wine is pleased to announce the return of Winter Fest, February 28 – March 2, 2019, the premier intimate après-ski celebrating food, wine & spirits within Jackson Hole’s beautiful terrain at Teton Village.

The second annual Winter Fest will bring together unique opportunities to interact and dine with special guests, including chef Richard Blais (Juniper & Ivy, Crack Shack), and vintner Chris Figgins (Figgins Family Wine Estates), Jackson Hole Winter Fest’s Culinary Director Drew Nieporent (Myriad Restaurant Group), as well as a stellar line-up of Jackson Hole’s favorite chefs and restaurants, a hands-on cocktail course, tastes from some of the country’s best winemakers, cocktail and beer experts, and much more.


Jackson Hole Food & Wine’s 2019 Winter and Summer Festivals support Hole Food Rescue, a local non-profit that distributes excess food from grocery stores, bakeries, farms and local businesses to organizations serving the at-risk, in-need residents of Teton County, WY.


Big Wines, Small Plates

Kick-off Jackson Hole Food & Wine’s Winter Fest on Thursday February 28, with Big Wines, Small Plates hosted by Jackson Hole Mountain Resort at Solitude Station. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience a menu of small plates from chef Michael Britton (Piste Mountain Bistro), in collaboration with guest chef Blais’ team, expertly paired with superb wines to enhance every flavor. The evening will also feature an illustrious panel of food and beverage enthusiasts that will take guests on a journey of their own "winter inspired" culinary moments that influenced each wine and food pairing.

Cocktail Codex Master Class

On Friday, March 1, join famed mixologist Alex Day (Death & Co NYC, Denver) for a hands-on Cocktail Codex Master Class in the private dining room at acclaimed restaurateur Gavin Fine’s Il Villaggio Osteria. Attendees will learn tips & tricks from Day about how to shake, stir and mix cocktails with top-shelf spirits and by the end of the class, each attendee will have created and mastered a new signature cocktail.

Wine Dinner at 9,000'

Experience a meal of new heights with Richard Blais at the signature Winter Fest Wine Dinner at 9,000FT presented by First Republic Bank and hosted by Jackson Hole Mountain Resort at Piste Mountain Bistro on Friday, March 1. Attendees will arrive via the Bridger Gondola and will be met with stunning winter views from the top of Rendezvous Mountain. The intimate dinner will feature a specially curated menu from Blais paired with exquisite wines from Figgins Family Wine Estates that will elevate each bite. “I’m thrilled to be a part of this year’s festival," says Blais. "I haven't had the chance to spend time in Wyoming, so I'm especially excited to cook at 9,000 ft in the beautiful mountains of Jackson Hole. The festival brings together top local and visiting talent and great food and beverages, all for a meaningful cause that I'm proud to support."

Taste of Teton Village

On Saturday, March 2, Jackson Hole Food & Wine presents the ultimate après-ski during Taste of Teton Village hosted by Four Season Resort & Residences Jackson Hole and presented by First Republic Bank. The evening will bring together 15 acclaimed chefs and restaurants from in and around Teton Village, each serving a signature winter dish alongside over 60 selections of wine, beer and cocktails while local DJ Rocky Vertone spins an eclectic and energetic set.
