Rendezvous Mountain Rentals and Property Management wanted to inform all guests and homeowners that significant changes have been announced by Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) regarding the purchase of daily and package lift tickets.  Please refer to the President of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s letter for additional information.

In an abundance of caution and strategy to limit the spread of COVID-19,  JHMR is managing daily capacity limits by requiring advance ticket purchasing as a means of reserving ski time.  A purchased lift ticket acts as a reservation for skiing for the date chosen based on your ski start date.   For example, if a guest purchases a 3 of 6 day ticket starting January 23rd, the guest will have a reservation to ski any three days between January 23-29.

Reserve Today - Limited Availability

The team at Rendezvous Mountain Rentals will be offering day and package ticket sales throughout the 20-21 season.  However, in order to be guaranteed ski reservations on the days you have already confirmed lodging, you must order now to reserve your preferred dates.  Moving forward, the availability of tickets will be limited to the remaining capacity available.  We are anticipating, especially during PEAK periods, that lift tickets will sell out.

Requirements

At this time, we can only offer lift tickets to guests with confirmed rental dates and to those guests who have an existing lodging reservation (or who are part of a larger group with a lodging reservation).  We are requiring that all tickets be purchased together as one order and with a single payment.  There will be no exceptions to this policy.

We are requesting that guests interested in purchasing advance tickets send an email to ticketsales@rmrentals.com requesting a price quote.   For families with children, tickets can be listed under one parent’s name.  Please put the name of the child in parentheses next to the parent name and include the child’s date of birth.  For each ski ticket reserved, we will need specific information as follows:

  • Type of Ticket Requested; (e.g. single day, 3 of 6 package)
  • Ski Start Date (or daily lift ticket):

Our team will respond to each request with a quote and request for direction on payment.  

Pricing & Purchasing

Ticket pricing varies throughout the winter and is dependent on age ranges for the ticket holder.  Pricing is based on the first ski date chosen.  Unfortunately, due to limited availability, pre-sale tickets are not subject to discount.  Pricing is based on JHMR window pricing and includes a J card.  Sales after October 4th will be offered a discount dependent on the Ski Start Date. This year our office is able to offer 1 and 2-day tickets in addition to the other multi-day tickets.

If you wait to purchase tickets, we can take orders with no less than 14 days of advance notice on your arrival, based on availability.  Tickets can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to your first ski date without penalty.

Additional Considerations

For popular or holiday timeframes, keep in mind that single day lift tickets may be available if capacity doesn’t allow for the purchase of a whole multi-day ticket.  In addition, afternoon tickets may become available as capacity opens up after multi-day tickets or passes are scanned each morning.

We have received word from the resort that Mountain Collective passes have been given the go ahead at the resort this winter, but JHMR has not confirmed the status of the IKON pass at the time of this update.
