A couple things we were informed were broken when we arrived (one shade would not go up and the sofa bed) but luckily did not impact us and appreciated the transparency. No frills, everything met expectations but not much exceeded.

The 2 bedrooms are small without much room for a person to get to the far side of the queen bed. The living area is very comfortable and pleasant. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked with just about everything you need, but it is so small there is no room for more than one person. I mean it is ITTY BITTY. Just be aware of that. I don't mean that as a complaint, but just something for others to be aware of. The place was clean. There is only one parking spot - and they are serious about that, so be aware of that issue as well.

There was no location for them to move us to so we just had to deal with the leak. Had that not happened I would have rated higher. Customer service was accommodating and understanding with situation.

We are return customers and this is an affordable option to visit the parks. We love being able to cook our own meals and the ease of traveling to activities. Wednesday, January 10, 2018We had a great time. The condo was a close walk to the slopes and the shuttle. And an easy walk to the pool and hot tub at Sundance Swim club. I was also impressed with the management company. The rent for the condo was pretty reasonable and we were booking through ski.com so we didn't know exactly what to expect. But once we showed up we knew we were in good hands. The company that rents this property is extremely professional and easy to work with. Makes a big difference because all you have to worry about is skiing!!
