Important Policies

• Motorcycles, trailers, Sprinter vans, and RVs are restricted in the Granite Ridge neighborhood 
• Pets are not permitted in rental properties. Service animals are allowed with prior notification and required documentation
• Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation
• Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and homeowner approval
