Rarely found is the true ski-in/ski-out property as centrally located to all the action at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort as the Cody House. Located right at the base of the Bridger Gondola, it is also home to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort's Kids' Ranch, taking the words "convenient location" to new heights! When you step outside the building, you'll find multiple lift options including the Teewinot lift and Sweetwater Gondola as well as the Bridger Gondola. This makes it an ideal location for skiers of all ability levels, providing access to beginner, intermediate and expert terrain via these lifts without having to trek to another section of the mountain. For easy access to fresh powder turns on the upper mountain, the experts in your group can simply clip into their skis or boards and slide a short distance downhill to the Aerial Tram, beating all the skiers who had to drive to the mountain then park and walk to the Tram!

Rendezvous Mountain Rentals manages three unique condominiums in the Cody House building. All are beautifully decorated, and each offers a gourmet kitchen, fireplace in the living room and a million-dollar view! With only four units in the building, staying in Cody House offers a very special opportunity to be amongst the few with such convenient access to everything Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has to offer.

Stepping into Cody House C, you'll stop in your tracks as you take in the stunning slope-side views through the soaring two-story windows that look out on the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This home has wonderful light and is professionally decorated with rich, high quality furniture, art, and numerous extra special touches that make you feel right at home. Take a few more steps into the inviting two-story living room appointed with plush overstuffed furniture smartly arranged for conversation, games, watching the flat screen TV, or taking in the views of the mountains and skiers. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper. Enjoy grilling on the deck in the summer evenings.  Many beautiful fine art paintings placed throughout the home add to the feeling of luxury.

To the right of the entry foyer lies a circular stairway leading to the loft. Beyond that lies the kitchen and the dining room which has seating for eight, a lovely chandelier and scenic landscape paintings. While somewhat set off from the living room in its own space, the dining room is open to the living room on one side, allowing easy movement between the two rooms. The cooks in your group will appreciate the large opening in the wall over the kitchen sink, enabling them to engage with those in the living and dining rooms. The gourmet kitchen is nicely appointed with granite countertops, beautiful wooden cabinetry and floors, coordinating wood-paneled refrigerator/freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and small appliances.

To the left of the front entry lies a hallway containing closets, one which houses the washer and dryer, and a well-appointed half bath along the hallway to the master bathroom and bedroom. The spacious master bathroom features a large jetted bathtub, walk-in glass and tiled shower, lots of vanity countertop space and tiled floors. Beyond the bathroom, step into the sanctuary of the tastefully decorated master bedroom with king-size bed, matching overstuffed chair and ottoman, small flat screen tv and windows overlooking the mountain base area.

The circular staircase leads upstairs to the loft area, which also benefits from the expansive mountain views afforded by the cathedral ceilings in the living room. This room is outfitted as a second bedroom, with a queen bed and twin bed. The luxurious bedding textiles, overstuffed chair and ottoman, wrought iron bedroom furniture and western photographs make this space especially inviting. There is a bathroom on this level and a child gate at the top of the spiral staircase. There is also a large heated, secured ski/gear storage closet on the garage level dedicated just for this unit.

Please call the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals office with questions or details.

Parking:  One parking space is available in the private, underground parking garage.  In summer, additional free parking is available at any of the Teton Village public parking lots at the base.  In winter, there is no additional parking available except for daytime use only and fees apply.  Please plan accordingly. In winter, 4 WD vehicles are recommended.

**This property does not have air conditioning. For more information, please click here.

Teton Village is a spectacular location at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ski area and a short 5 minute drive to the south gate of Grand Teton National Park.  This unique location features unrivaled access to all of the best that Jackson Hole has to offer. During the winter months Teton Village features the best skiing in North America. This skier’s paradise, which boasts legendary runs like Corbets’ Couloir, has long been known for its’ steep terrain and abundant snowfall and was once widely considered a playground for only the most hard charging skiers and dedicated adventurers. However, in recent decades it has been transformed. With expanded intermediate and beginner terrain and multiple new high speed lifts, the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has evolved to meet the needs of skiers of all abilities. In addition to new terrain “The Village”, as it is affectionately known, plays host to a diverse selection of shops, restaurants and bars guaranteed to meet the needs of all visitors. The appeal of this fantastic location doesn’t end when the snow stops falling. As the angle of the sun increases and the temperatures warm skis are swapped for mountain bikes and the lifts still provide access to the same incredible terrain. Guests can ride the aerial tram for the Teton views or for access to the expansive Bridger-Teton National Forest, enjoy music during the summer concert series or go for a horse-back ride amongst the wildflowers. This location truly has it all. Public transportation is available for the short trip to historic downtown Jackson.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays.  Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation.  Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.  Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.

The view of the mountains is amazing. The gondola is a short walk away. Teton village is beautiful and has good restaurants. An easy 20 minute drive to Jackson and 45 to the center of the Grand tetons. The place was spacious and great! --Steven C. (Vrbo guest)

Location, location, location. On hill, just steps to the Bridger gondola and located directly above a kids mini slope. Amazing spot for a family or friends who want to ride hard all day before retiring to a sick spot in Teton Village. The view out the main living room windows is absolutely amazing and you can retrace runs from the day. --Matthew L. (Vrbo guest)

Outstanding rental unit. Roomy and very well appointed. Convenient to Teton park. Would recommend, and definitely rent this unit again. Only complaint was absence of the advertised housekeeping.

Cody House C was a great place to stay over Labor Day weekend. We really enjoyed the property. It was nicely furnished and loved the spiral staircase going to the upstairs loft area. Very convenient location and the garage parking was the best

This was a wonderful condo with only one exception. The Cody House has a daycare center and the children play outside right below the condo. They can be very noisy. However, if you’re gone in the afternoons, this isn’t an issue. The decor is tasteful and we had everything we needed and more. Indoor parking was a plus! We would stay there again.

My boyfriend and I decided to come to Jackson to see Wildflowers and go whitewater rafting.  This property was amazing in terms of location and convenience.  We usually stay in a hotel, but decided to try a vacation rental.  We will be returning to this property next year, as the ability to cook in the gourmet kitchen and enjoy the additional space (for the same cost) sold us on Cody House and RMR.  Thank you!

The Cody House is ski utopia! Staying here felt like the center of the universe for skiing. The location is super centralized and located right the gondola. Then you can sit on the deck in the evening and watch the sunset while your still basically on the ski hill. It's fantastic. The interior of the property was terrific too. Very spacious and lots of good bedding options for a "1 bedroom plus loft" especially because there was so much more privacy than we expected.
