Bedding for 12-14:  1) King Bed; 2) King Bed and Twin Bed; 3) Two Captain's Bunks (Each- Queen under Twin) and Twin Bed; 4) Sofa Bed in Living Room

This expansive 3 bedroom home nestled in the trees of Teton Village boasts a large open kitchen that flows into a spacious living room.  Recently painted throughout, this large living space showcases many floor to ceiling windows with great views, leading to an outside deck that runs the length of the home.  A large hot tub and dining table complete this outdoor living space, perfect for a family gathering or quiet romantic dinner for two.

A wood burning fireplace and an entertainment center with a 72 inch flat screen television, DVD and Stereo/CD in the living room make it a very inviting area for congregating.  The living room flows into the open dining area with seating up to 10.  Additional bedding with a queen sofa bed in the living room.  There is a full service laundry and mud room off of the kitchen, with a separate entrance leading from the front door.

There are three large bedrooms in this property.  A large master bedroom, with en suite bath, that features both a king bed and fire place is located on the main floor.  Newly installed custom closets will make the guests feel right at home.  There is a private deck off of this bedroom with a small bistro table, perfect for a quiet cup of coffee and catching up on the day's news.  There are two bedrooms, each with their own bath, located on the lower level accessible by a short flight of stairs.  The junior master suite features a king bed and twin day bed. The second large bedroom has two "captain's bunk beds," which is a queen over twin format.  This room also has an additional twin bed.  All of the bedrooms have updated mattresses and bedding, as well as new locally-inspired art. A two-car garage is located in the property for guest use. In winter, we recommend 4WD vehicles due to the grade of the driveway.

Rendezvous Mountain Rentals provides all guests with access to free wireless internet, expanded basic cable packages and free local calling as part of their rental rate.  We also provide all the amenities needed for your stay, including shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, and garbage bags.  Firewood is provided for the wood-burning fireplaces.

This Teton Village home is ideally situated for enjoying the world class skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in winter or for an exciting, fun filled summer vacation.  A variety of restaurants with delicious menus will satiate your well-earned hunger after a day spent outdoors in the fresh mountain air. Minutes away lies one of the entrances to Grand Teton National Park.

In summer, you’re within walking distance to a wide variety of activities in Teton Village.  Your family and friends will keep busy in the Grand Adventure Park learning the ropes course, bouncing around on the bungee trampoline, and taking a shot at the climbing wall. You can also enjoy hiking trails spilling over with beautiful wildflowers, testing your mountain biking skills on lift accessed trails of all ability levels, taking a guided tour of the Via Ferrata climbing routes, and trying out the disc golf. Riding “Big Red” - the Tram - to the top of Rendezvous Mountain for 360-degree views of the Tetons and splendor of the valley spread out below you is a must. Pop into Corbet’s Cabin at the top of the tram for their famous homemade waffles.

For a change of pace, take a short 15 minute scenic drive past open ranchland with grazing cows and horses into the historic town of Jackson.  Snap some photos beneath the famous elk antler arches on the Town Square, stroll along the old-time wooden boardwalks surrounding the Square, and stop into one of the many art galleries featuring Western art and sculptures from world renowned local artists. Explore the shops filled with unique handicrafts, clothing and gifts, many of them made by wonderfully talented local artisans.  Take home a treasured reminder of your vacation from one of the fine jewelry shops featuring Teton inspired jewelry, embedded with diamonds, gemstones and even elk ivory.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays.  Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation.  Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.  Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.

In winter, 4 WD vehicles are recommended.

Beautiful house that is extremely well appointed with everything you will need! Bedrooms are all comfortable and spacious! Loved the open kitchen/Living Room with the fireplace! Walk down the hill to Teton Village or take the "gravel path" for miles of walking/running/biking!

This house is a great spot for a vacation in Teton Village. 5 minute walk to anything in the village. 5 minutes to the south entrance to Grand Teton National Park. 15 minutes to downtown Jackson. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and house is great for upto about 6-8 guests.

I laughed at the review comments about moose in the front yard, but as we pulled up there they were! Several visits by a number of moose, including one who loitered between the front door and car--delaying our departure :-) House is beautiful--photos and descriptions are accurate; property manager was very responsive to a couple of minor issues, reservation and check in/out process was easy. Easy walk to lifts and base lodge activities. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location that is convenient to Jackson and and the National Parks. We saw a moose and her baby about a block from the house. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. --Braden B. (Vrbo guest)

The house was perfect for our family of 8 (kids between 16-21 years old). Great home base for a very active family vacation. House was well equipped for our stay. We were on the deck every night. Moose in front yard when we pulled up on the first day. Easy access to the Village restaurants and shops. Very enjoyable vacation and accommodations. --David D. (Vrbo guest)

Comfortable, clean and great location. Well equipped with kitchen comforts. The only downside was that one bedroom was under the garage, one was under the living room and one was under the kitchen. If anyone was up in the house, it was disturbing to others.

Thank you for taking time to review our property.  We shared this information with the property owners and they are exploring ways to minimize the noise relating to the location of the bedrooms (e.g. carpeting/flooring options).  We also will ensure the property description accurately depicts the location of the bedrooms in the home.   We hope that you will stay with us again in the future.

The “Treehouse” was an excellent place - better than expected actually. The great location was close enough to walk to the village and a short drive to Teton park or Jackson. Check in was a breeze. The house was better than the pictures on the website. Management was quick to respond with any questions we had. While sitting out on the deck one evening - a black bear came into the yard to have dinner in the thick brush. Then later, a mom and baby moose came to eat as well. We were never in danger as the deck is sufficiently elevated. Quite a treat to see the wildlife in that setting. We will certainly return as this house was perfect for 6 adults and 3 boys. Thanks!! ---Dave J. (Vrbo Guest)

Great place for a family stay. Very clean. Well equipped. Management very helpful if needed. We even saw two deer right outside our window. Would stay here again.
