Boasting over ten acres of pristine landscapes, including manicured lawns, shaded trees, and large ponds, this is a perfect location for a Wyoming getaway. With jaw-dropping views of the Teton range and a desirable location only 4 miles from Teton Village and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, this property offers both privacy and convenience. With the majestic Tetons as a backdrop, summer evenings spent in the outdoor living space cannot be beat!

The craftsmanship of this custom-built lodge features everything expected in a Jackson Hole retreat. The Bellevue Lodge welcomes guests through an entry that is accented by wood beams and natural stone pillars, and welcomes you with a front door featuring custom stained glass. As guests walk into this property they will likely be overcome by the breathtaking views of the Tetons, featured through the floor to ceiling glass of the main living area. Guests can relax in front of the incredible stone fireplace. Located off of the main living area is a private in-home theater with ample seating, perfect for entertaining or enjoying a private showing of one’s favorite movies. This theater features a large projection screen and blackout curtains for a true theater like experience. A one-of-a-kind spiral staircase with custom metalwork, highlights the central area of the home. Featuring detailed metal work of aspen trees that can be found scattered throughout the grounds, this staircase is a true work of art.

With seating for 8, the spacious dining area boasts Teton Views and is the perfect place to enjoy a home cooked meal by a cozy fire. The kitchen is open and airy, adjacent to the dining room, allowing convenience for set up, serving, and cleanup. The kitchen offers top-of-the-line appliances, an abundance of counter space to prepare the perfect meal. French doors on either side lead to secluded private patios where guests can enjoy dining al fresco during the summer months. On the opposite end of the main level is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bath. Down the hall is a large additional entry way, featuring ski lockers and cubbies with plenty of storage space for all guests to access. This area can also be accessed from the three-car garage, so no need to scrape off any of that famous Jackson powder off your vehicles.

The spiral staircase winds up to a landing area; boasting a grand piano. The openness of the space allows listeners to enjoy the music from the living and dining areas below. On the left side of the landing sits a large king bedroom and en suite bath with two sinks, jetted tub, standing shower, and huge his and hers walk-in closets. The windows offer unobstructed views of the large pond with Teton views and beyond. The other side of the landing offers a private office, perfect for any work needing to be accomplished before hitting the slopes or setting off on a hike. Across the hall, a bunk room with en suite bath includes two bunks, each with queen beds on the bottom and twin beds on top.

Following the hall leads guests to a separate wing providing privacy and seclusion with three additional bedrooms. The large primary bedroom features a king bed, large Smart television, and private balcony from which moose, elk, geese, swans, and foxes have often been spotted. The en-suite bathroom houses dual vanities, a makeup counter, jetted tub, standing shower, towel warmers, and a sizable walk-in closet. Down the hall the final two guest bedrooms await, both with a queen bed and en suite baths. This section of the home also has a laundry room with washer and dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: Moose-Wilson Road will be closed between the southern Granite Entrance Station of GTNP and the Laurance S. Rockefeller Preserve in the spring of 2022. The road will then open beginning Memorial Day as a through route for the busy summer season, but only from 7 p.m. Friday to 7 a.m. Monday each week. Then, after Labor Day, the southern stretch of the Moose-Wilson corridor will entirely close again.

Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.

Due to zoning restrictions, this property is only available for monthly rentals since only one reservation in a 31-day period is permitted.
