Minimum Stay Required:
Regular and Value Season - 3 nights for 1-3 bedroom condominiums
4 nights for 4 bedroom condos, Houses, Granite Ridge, Crystal Springs, Moose Creek, Cody House and other deluxe properties.
Summer Season- 3 nights for 1-3 bedroom condominiums
5 nights for 4 bedroom Condos, Houses, Granite Ridge, Crystal Springs, Moose Creek, Cody House and other deluxe properties.

Policies
• Rates do not include sales tax, surcharge and assessments.
• Two (2) additional people may be added for no extra charge, as long as bed space permits.
• One (1) complimentary mid-stay maid service is provided for each stay of six (6) consecutive nights.
• Deposit equal to 50% of the total rent is due at the time of booking. Deposit payments to be made by check or credit card. Room and tax balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made prior to 45 days of arrival date will be charged a one nights handling fee. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival date will forfeit all payments unless the accommodation is re-rented for unused nights reserved. All cancellations are subject to the handling fee.
• Guest is responsible for all unused days reserved resulting from late arrival, premature check-out or cancellation, unless the accommodation is re-rented for the unused days. No-shows will forfeit all payments made.
