The staff at Rendezvous Mountain Rentals are the experts in Jackson Hole Property Management and Teton Village Property Management. We offer a convenient check-in location on the Teton Village road across from The Aspens. We specialize in short term rentals ranging in size from affordable studios to unique vacation homes located at The Aspens (formerly known as the Jackson Hole Racquet Club), Teton Pines and Teton Village. We also manage several long-term properties throughout the Jackson Hole area. Rendezvous Mountain Rentals offers two separate Short Term Management Programs: the 40% Agreement and the 25% Agreement. We can also provide property management services for long term rental and non-rental properties. The 40% Management Agreement places a cap on most rental expenses by making Rendezvous Mountain Rentals responsible for most of the expenses incidental to rental occupancies. This program is well suited for those not wishing to review, monitor, or pay separately for each and every rental expense. Key elements within this Management Agreement are no monthly management fees, no linen rental fees and a more inclusive approach to the expenses related to being on a short-term rental program. The 25% Management Agreement features a lower management commission, however the property owner is responsible for all expenses incidental to rental occupancies. This Management Agreement is designed for those owners who want to monitor all of the details and expenses associated with having a short-term rental property. An important aspect of this management Agreement is that a reduced management commission does not mean a reduction in services to either you or your rental guests.
