Situated atop of Curits Drive at the base of Rendezvous Mountain in a beautiful mountain setting is the appropriately named Hilltop Manor. A wonderful place for a peaceful retreat or a family gathering this unique 5 bedroom and 4 and one half bath home is available for weekly rentals starting this summer. From sitting in the living room, or any one of the lovely outdoor spaces, you could easily spot a moose amongst the natural foliage that surrounds this private and secluded home. From the unique western furnishings and décor to the bonus rooms this home has extra appeal and something for everyone.
On the first floor upon entering the home you will find the media room just off of the garage and entryway. The media room is complete with a HDTV, VCR, DVD, surround sound and video library. There is also a small bar in this room. From here you can see the spa room that has a Jacuzzi. There is also a sunroom with seating and extra ski storage for the winter months. The three bedrooms located on this floor are spacious and comfortable. The king master suite has wood floors, large closets, a TV and tiled bathroom. Down the hall is a perfect wing for a family to share. The first bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed and full bathroom just across the hall. Then it opens up to a large king bedroom and another colorful bathroom.
The second level takes you to the main living space offering great views with large windows opening up to the hillside where you can even spot the Aerial Tram in the distance. The space is so inviting to the outdoors that you have your choice of a large patio or a sun deck to take in the fresh mountain air. The open floor plan on this level allows easy flow from the well equipped kitchen to the comfortable living room. There is plenty of dining space with a small dining room table, a breakfast nook in the kitchen and space at the kitchen bar. On this floor you will find the other two bedrooms, the twin bedroom and a queen bedroom connected by the bathroom. There is also a bright and sunny artist studio on this floor with another private deck and small bar.
