This 3 level, 5 bedroom, 4 bath condominium has a western touch, with spectacular views of the valley and lots of room for a family gathering.
The entrance on the first floor opens into a mudroom with a bench and cubbies for storage. The space is shared by a nice family room with a built in sectional sofa on two walls and large flat screen TV. The laundry is located on this level with a large side by side washer and dryer. The 1st of 3 bedroom suites is located on this floor offering a private bathroom with a cedar sided sauna. This bedroom provides two twin beds which can be converted into a king upon request.
The 2nd and main level opens into a spacious living room, with a fireplace and is perfect for families or multiple couples wanting to spend some quality time together either watching TV or enjoying the wonderful views of Sleeping Indian. You will enjoy cooking in the fully equipped and modern kitchen which provides ample storage and counter space. The dining area is conveniently located opposite the kitchen and has seating for 8, plus an additional 4 at the kitchen island. The 2nd bedroom suite is located on this level adjacent to the front entry; this bedroom could be considered the master suite; it offers two twin beds that currently convert to a king bed upon request and a bathroom. The twin beds in this room will be permanently changed to a luxury king size bed in the spring of 2010.
The top floor has a 3rd bedroom suite offering a king bed and private bath. There are also two additional bedrooms on this level, each with twin beds. These twin bedrooms share a bathroom located across the hall.
The town home is equipped with flat screen TVs in all bedrooms as well as the living room and family room. There is a wonderful stereo system that can pipe music into the 3 bedroom suites; the main control for this entertainment system is located in the living room.
Guests staying here will enjoy complimentary use of the Sundance Tennis & Swim Club with outdoor pool and Jacuzzi located just a short walk from their accommodations. The Village center is also just a short walk in the other direction from this property where you can enjoy family activities or fine dining and après skiing. During the winter season, complimentary shuttle bus service to the ticket office is also available.
