Travel Insurance

Rendezvous Mountain Rentals offers optional vacation insurance from Travel Guard International. If you wish to purchase vacation insurance, you must include payment for the premium along with your signed lease agreement or purchase within 45 days prior to arrival or by final trip payment, whichever comes first. The premium is 7.0 percent of your total booking cost, including add-ons. Travel insurance covers loss of rent if your reservations are interrupted due to travel delay, trip interruption, baggage delay, medical transportation, medical expenses, emergency medical transportation, and accidental death or dismemberment. We highly recommend purchasing this coverage for your financial protection. It is especially helpful in situations where we would be unable to recoup your advance rent payment if you needed to cancel your reservation, or in the event of a storm evacuation while on your trip. Without travel insurance, you will not receive a refund in the event of a covered claim.

If you complete your booking without insurance and change your mind at a later date, we can add travel insurance to your stay as long as it is before your final payment (45 or 90 days prior to your arrival).

Rendezvous Mountain Rentals will provide you with an insurance claim form. It is your responsibility to fill it out and forward it to Insure America. Insure America Emergency Assistance line is 1-866-221-8080 or 1-715-345-0505.
